GraphQue Legal Notes
Effective Date: September 2026
Who Can Use GraphQue
GraphQue is open to developers, students, researchers, creators, and organizations. Paid plans may be purchased or used only by individuals who are at least 18 years old, or by someone with the legal authority to accept these terms on behalf of an organization. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new features, changes to our services, or legal requirements. By continuing to use GraphQue after an update, you agree to the revised terms.
Keeping the Platform Safe
If an account violates these terms, abuses our services, creates a security risk, or is used for illegal or harmful activity, we may suspend or terminate its access. Where necessary, we may also take legal action to protect GraphQue, our users, and our commitment to a safe and responsible developer community.
Using the Platform Responsibly
We want you to build meaningful, innovative products with GraphQue mapping and routing services, and we ask that you use the platform lawfully and responsibly. Please do not infringe intellectual property rights, bypass rate limits or security controls, send malicious or harmful data, abuse our APIs, or misuse location and mapping data.
Individual Developers and Creators
We warmly welcome individual developers, students, researchers, and creators who want to experiment and build with GraphQue, and we are excited to see what you create. All users are expected to follow these terms and applicable laws. Developers under 18 may use the Free tier where permitted by law, with any consent or authorization required from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person.
Service Availability
We work hard to keep GraphQue APIs reliable, accurate, and available. However, the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, completely error-free operation, or that every routing or mapping result will always be accurate. We may also update, modify, or temporarily pause services for maintenance, improvements, security, or other operational reasons.
Accounts and Billing
Available features, API access, and usage limits depend on your selected plan. Please keep your account, contact, and billing information accurate and up to date. If a payment is overdue or cannot be processed, we may temporarily restrict or suspend access until the outstanding payment is resolved.
Limits of Liability
We are committed to providing dependable services. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, GraphQue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the services, including loss of business, revenue, data, or opportunities. To the same extent, our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to GraphQue for the service period in which the claim arose.
